For the Public We invite you to join our conversation across all our social media channels. Here are a few guidelines for posting so each community remains an informative, fun, and safe place for everyone who visits.
For Employees Whether using social media for business-related activities or for personal reasons, you will receive general direction from these guidelines. While employees are encouraged to participate in Social Media, everyone who participates in online commentary should understand and follow these important guidelines that will assist them in meeting the goal of participating online in a respectful, relevant way that protects the company's reputation, following the letter and spirit of applicable law.
Employees who are engaged in social media for the purpose of conducting business-related activities may be required to comply with additional rules and restrictions.

WHAT TO POST
To get you started, these are just some fun ideas for what to post on one of the many agent social profile pages.
Pictures and Videos that are family friendly, safe for viewing in a work environment and helpful to improve one’s quality of life. We always love to see our customers’ families and activities in our social spaces. It’s also fun to share with others. Where possible, you are encouraged to share.
Life Insurance Questions – Do you have a question about life insurance in general? Post it on one of our social spaces and see what other advocates have to say. We ask that you please do not share personal details or policy information for your own safety. General questions are okay, though. While we can’t guarantee we’ll respond to every question, we’ll certainly try. You can also contact customer service at 1-800-888-2452 with specific questions about your policy.
Your Experience – Tell your story about your favorite Agent or Employee. We love to hear all the great stories our customers have to tell!
WHAT NOT TO POST
Off Topic – Posts should be related to life insurance, enhancement of one's quality of life, outdoor activities, healthy tips, or recipes, fun, holiday ideas, or other life improving content in general.
Explicit/Hate Speech – Don’t be defamatory, insulting, discriminatory, abusive, demeaning, indecent, etc. We will not tolerate that.
Links and Advertisements – In general, all links and advertisements will be removed. While we love seeing all the great causes and organizations our fans and followers are involved with, the focus of our social spaces is on the enhancement of the overall quality of everyone's life in general.
Photos or Videos of content that is not safe for family viewing – children always come first. Any pictures or videos we deem unfit for family consumption, even in a linked thumbnail, will be immediately removed.
Private Company Information – If you’re an employee, do not post any private company information on any social networking site. If you have a concern about a work situation your best course of action is to talk to your manager or HR representative.
If you repeatedly post material that falls into the above categories you will be banned from participating in our online communities. Community pages are for us to all enjoy — let’s respectfully have fun in these spaces!
